Return and Refund Policy
At LUMIVO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 30 days.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
2. How to Request a Return
- Go to Return your order.
- Fill in your email address and click on Send.
- You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your inbox. Also check your spam folder if you do not see the code immediately.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the Verification code field.
- Click on Request for return to complete the process.
Return costs: 4.95
Shipping: Do not return items without first submitting a return request.
3. Refunds
- As soon as we have received and checked your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Gift vouchers, custom-made items, and sale products cannot be returned.
5. Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the costs of returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
